12V 4 Pin Normally Open Relay.  Ideal for automotive, 4X4 and marine applications.

Normally used for switching circuits using On/Off applications - The diode fitted between pins 85 & 86 prevents backfeed and relay chatter caused by some applications

A normally open relay means the input and output circuits are not connected when the relay is at rest - the circuit is made when the relay is activated
