We aim to despatch all goods as soon as possible, goods ordered before 2pm will be sent the same day subject to cleared payment.
Goods not available in stock will be clearly listed in our shop and a lead time will be established and the customer notified upon receipt of cleared payment. (if this is not acceptable to the customer, we will refund the payment immediately)
Postage for orders under £100 (before VAT) will be charged dependant on the service selected, orders over £100 are shipped free of charge.
Many of our products will be despatched by post, but heavier packages (over 10kg) will normally be despatched by Fedex and will require a signature on delivery.
Most Royal Mail standard deliveries arrive within 2 - 3 days.
NEXT WORKING DAY SERVICE
Up to 30kg: £9.95 + VAT
Goods must be ordered before 2pm for this service.
Packages will be despatched on the same day as the order is placed, subject to stock levels and cleared payment.
Packages are sent by Fedex Courier service and will require a signature on delivery.
Although most Next Working Day deliveries will arrive the next working day, please note that this service is not guaranteed and parcels are only despatched and delivered Monday to Friday and not on Saturdays.

OVERSEAS
Most international parcels will be shipped using the Royal Mail International Tracked service, your price will be calculated by the website dependant on the weight of the parcel, prices are calculated in 1kg increments up to 10 kg and in 5 kg steps thereafter up to a maximum of 30kg
Please contact us if the shipping co-ordinator fails to offer you a postage option for your country
RETURNS POLICY
You have SEVEN days after receipt of the goods to notify us of your decision to cancel all or return part of your order.
Receipt of goods means someone having signed for the goods at the time of delivery, not necessarily when you the customer we have the contract with receives them.
Goods made to the customers own specification are exempt from the above returns policy. This includes cut lengths of cable, sleeving and conduit but does not mean only this.
If you are not happy with the service provided by us and wish to return the goods, you MUST notify us via a Durable Medium; this includes Letter, Facsimile or Email. A telephone call will NOT be taken as sufficient.
Any goods returned must be in the original packaging and in an unused condition, a 15% repackaging charge may be applied if the goods are returned unused but in an unsellable condition.
It is the customers responsibility to pay the postage to send back any item or items that do not fit with your requirement.
The Customer must ensure the goods are insured in transit and proof of posting/sending must be obtained.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
