Braided from PolyEthylene Terepthalate (PET) monofilament yarns.
Wide operating temperature range
Resistant to chemical degradation, UV damage and abrasion.
Suitable for outdoor use in engine bays and on open chassis - open construction of the weave allows for any looms to dry out when they get wet - our braid will not trap moisture and rot looms like conventional PVC tape can.
Can be cut with scissors - to prevent fraying use heatshrink over the ends or use a soldering iron to melt the nylon slightly and bind the filaments together.
Please be sure to allow enough length when measuring your requirements - if using over cable bundles larger than the nominal diameter the sleeving will shorten/shrink

Supplied by the metre and on 100m reels - orders over 25m will be sent on a reel
