UK MAINLAND - STANDARD SERVICE

We aim to despatch all goods as soon as possible, goods ordered before 3pm will be sent the same day subject to cleared payment.
Goods not available in stock will be clearly listed in our shop and a lead time will be established and the customer notified upon receipt of cleared payment. (if this is not acceptable to the customer we will refund the payment immediately)
Postage for orders under £75.00 (before VAT) will be charged dependant on the product weight, orders over £75.00 have free delivery. The majority of our products will be despatched by post, but heavier packages (over 2kg) will be despatched by Courier service and will require a signature on delivery. Most standard deliveries arrive within 2 - 3 days.
NEXT WORKING DAY SERVICE
Up to 30kg: £9.95 + VAT
Goods must be ordered before 3pm for this service. Packages will be despatched on the same day as the order is placed, subject to stock levels and cleared payment. Packages are sent either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by Courier service and will require a signature on delivery. Although the vast majority of Next Working Day deliveries will arrive the next working day, please note that this service is not guaranteed and parcels are only despatched and delivered Monday to Friday and not on Saturdays.
UK NON MAINLAND
(Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands/Islands)
Our shipping co-ordinator offers multiple options for these destinations based on weight and size of the parcel.
The method chosen for despatch is dependent on the weight and/or value of the goods ordered, and will either be by post or by Courier service.
We regret that we cannot guarantee a next day service to the Scottish Highlands

OVERSEAS
We are able to post abroad to countries outside of the UK, price will be £2.00 plus the cost of the courier/postal service. We are able to offer both sea and air mail where necessary.

Returns Policy
You have SEVEN days after receipt of the goods to notify us of your decision to cancel all or return part of your order. Receipt of goods means someone having signed for the goods at the time of delivery, not necessarily when you the customer we have the contract with receives them.
Goods made to the customers own specification are exempt from the above returns policy. This includes cut lengths of cable, sleeving and conduit but does not mean only this.
If you are not happy with the service provided by ourselves and wish to return the goods, you MUST notify us via a Durable Medium; this includes Letter, Facsimile or Email. A telephone call will NOT be taken as sufficient.
Any goods returned must be in the original packaging and in an unused condition, a 15% repackaging charge may be applied if the goods are returned unused but in an unsellable condition.
It is the customers responsibility to pay the postage to send back any item or items that do not fit with your requirement.
The Customer must ensure the goods are insured in transit and proof of posting/sending must be obtained.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
